Sofia Homes is a limited liability company based in Monmouth County, New Jersey specializing in custom and semi-custom residential construction with over fifteen collective years of experience in land use, real estate development and construction. Utilizing the expertise of its members, Sofia Homes works closely with our clients and/or partners to achieve the desired result while providing the highest quality. Through our affiliation with various lenders and private investors, Sofia Homes has been able to diversify our interests from the residential marketplace and expand into commercial design and development under the name Sofia Design & Development. Sofia Design and Development has successfully progressed into the commercial design and construction marketplace and is actively pursuing several significant opportunities to capitalize on our advantages and momentum thus far. Recognizing the growing number of existing homeowners who may not be looking to sell and move out of their homes to new construction, but would prefer to renovate and/or expand the living area of their present homes, Sofia Homes has also established a division geared solely to meet those needs. Operating under Sofia Construction, we work closely with existing homeowners, either those ready to begin work on their homes or those who are still considering that option, to set out the project design, budget, schedule and oversight plan. Only when we are confident that the existing homeowner is fully informed and comfortable with the scope, size, duration and cost of their renovation and/or addition, will we move forward with the relationship.
